Catering buffet or family-style plating requires a minimum of 15 guests. A Chef’s fee of $200 will be applied if the Chef is required on-site, which includes event attendance, hot table set-up, carving station, and clean-up. Prime rib pricing is based on market value and includes the services of a carving station Chef.
