- Booking Confirmation and Consultation: Upon submitting a booking request, we will promptly respond within 48 hours via email to confirm your booking and discuss the next steps. A follow-up consultation will be scheduled to discuss your event in detail, allowing us to tailor our services to your preferences.
- Dietary Restrictions: During the initial consultation, please inform us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requests. This information is vital to ensure that our culinary offerings are carefully curated to meet your specific needs and preferences.
- Customized Menu Proposal and Inclusive Fees: Following the consultation, we will create a customized menu proposal for your unique event. This proposal will not only outline the delightful dishes we plan to prepare but will also include a breakdown of all fees associated with our services, including food, preparation, and service charges.
- Approval and Deposit: Once the menu and contract have been finalized, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. This deposit confirms your commitment to our services and allows us to begin preparations for your event. The deposit must be received at least 3 weeks prior to the event date.
- Remaining Payment: The remaining balance of the fees is due on the day of the event before the services are rendered. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
- Booking Timeframe: To ensure adequate time for menu development, planning, and preparation, we kindly request that booking requests be made at least 4 weeks prior to the event date.
- Cancellation and Date Change Policy: In the event of a cancellation, we understand that circumstances may arise. However, cancellations must be made at least 1 week prior to the scheduled event date. Cancellations made within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit. Additionally, if the event date changes, we cannot guarantee that we can provide the services on the new date. If we are able to accommodate the date change, service fees may apply based on the circumstances and availability.
